Nouveau Riche Academy - College Classes - Our College offers a revolutionary and refreshing method to achieve your real-estate investing goals. As a Nouveau Riche student, you’ll be able to select the courses that best fit your personal learning objectives! That’s right – YOU choose the tuition package that meets your needs and begin to learn what you want to learn.

1. Silver Tuition: provides purchasers with 30 classroom NR Hours or 5 full days of in class instruction at the Nouveau Riche College. Silver Tuition purchasers may take or repeat classes taken at the College with a designated learning partner for 12 months from the beginning date of the first College following the purchase date of the Tuition Package (the "redemption period"). Classroom NR hours must be used within the applicable 12 month redemption period. After the redemption period has expired, the classroom NR hours cannot be redeemed.

2. Gold Tuition: provides purchasers with 60 classroom NR hours or 10 full days of in class instruction at the Nouveau Riche College. Tuition purchasers may take or repeat classes taken at the College with a designated learning partner for 12 months from the beginning date of the first College following the purchase date of the Tuition Package (the "redemption period"). Classroom NR hours must be used within the applicable 12 month redemption period. After the redemption period has expired, the classroom NR hours cannot be redeemed.

3. Regents Tuition: provides purchasers with 120 classroom NR hours or 20 full days of in class instruction at the Nouveau Riche College. Tuition purchasers may take or repeat classes taken at the College with a designated learning partner for one full year from the first College held following their tuition purchase. * Regents purchasers may also repeat classes with a designated learning partner for a 2nd full year. Regents purchasers also receive (at the time of purchase) access to all available classes via online streaming and electronic classroom audios.

Each package is good for two people, which means you and another comes together at that cost, which in turn cuts the investment in half per person. The Regents is the most popular one, and well over 95% of students enroll with it. The primary reasons are:

2 years at NRU with Regents tuition, only 1 year with other packages.
Greater level of access to properties on the Investor Concierge.
Access to 20+ Video Classroom modules from home (only available with regents tuition).
Get to take 2 - 4x more classes at NRU than with other tuition packages.

Coaching: The fourth educational product category is our Coaching product which provides one-to-one personal Coaching for Real Estate Investing.

Coaching providing purchasers with eight 1/2 hour personal, interactive coaching sessions. Students schedule these sessions on a weekly basis at a rate of one session per week for 8 weeks. The Nouveau Riche Coaching Program is designed to assist students from all walks of life with varying levels of investments experience to more rapidly expand their personal real estate investment portfolios. Also designed to promote the making of informed investment decisions by students, the program is a valuable supplement to the tuition products and the R2E2 Home Study products. These three products categories combine to provide the student with a firm foundation for evaluating real estate investment opportunities and developing their personal real estate investment portfolio.
